Our take
This is the park for the Star Wars family and for kids who just hit 40 inches. Almost everything big has a height limit, so it is the weakest pick for toddlers. Pair it with a slow evening: it is the closest Disney park to ChampionsGate, so a half day here plus a pool afternoon at the house works better than a long full day.

- Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway: no height limit
- Alien Swirling Saucers (32 in), a gentle spinner for the youngest riders

- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (40 in), the best ride at Disney for many families
- Star Tours (40 in)

- Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, reopened May 2026 (48 in)

Heights are checked with shoes on. Every ride not listed has no minimum height. Riders under 48 in at Universal need a companion 14 or older.
Game plan from ChampionsGate
- Rise of the Resistance and Slinky Dog Dash have the longest lines. Rope drop one, Lightning Lane the other.
- Use Rider Switch: one adult waits with the little one, then rides right after without queuing again.
- This is the best park to split into a morning plus a pool afternoon.
