Who we are
SuperVilla at ChampionsGate is a vacation rental home in Davenport, Florida, hosted by Angela and Collin ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information this website and our booking process collect, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you contact us by email, phone or text: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.
- When you check availability, inquire or book through the booking form: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of guests and any comments. This form is provided by OwnerRez, the reservation system we use.
- Before your stay: a signed rental agreement, a valid driver's license, the names and ages of all guests and the license plates of all vehicles. ChampionsGate is a gated community and the security gate requires this list.
- Payments are processed through OwnerRez and its payment processors. This website does not see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember which section of a page you were heading to, and that is cleared when you close the tab. The booking form and availability calendar are embedded from OwnerRez and may set cookies needed for them to work; see the OwnerRez privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and send quotes.
- To manage your booking, rental agreement, payments and security deposit.
- To register your group with the ChampionsGate security gate.
- To communicate with you before, during and after your stay.
- To meet legal, tax and safety obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run your stay: with OwnerRez and its payment processors, with Airbnb if you booked there, with the ChampionsGate security gate, with service providers who help prepare the home, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for the stay, our accounting and tax records, and any legal requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email supervilla.us@gmail.com.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning a trip. We do not knowingly collect information from children online. Ages of children in your group are collected only for gate registration and occupancy rules.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
