Booked on Airbnb
- Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in (4 PM on the day, Florida time).
- 50% of every night back if you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in. Airbnb's service fee, if any, is not refunded.
- No refund if you cancel within 7 days of check-in.
- Airbnb shows the exact dates for your stay before you book, and handles the refund.
Booked direct with Angela
Direct bookings go through OwnerRez. Angela confirms the cancellation terms with your quote, and they are written into the rental agreement you sign before the stay. If anything is unclear, ask before you book: supervilla.us@gmail.com or (404) 210-2320.
Before you arrive
- A rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
- A $500 security deposit is required 2 days before arrival.
- The primary renter must be at least 25, with a valid driver's license for the ChampionsGate security gate.
- Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM. No pets, no smoking, no parties. Up to 18 guests including children.
Pool heat
Pool heat is optional ($35 a night). Below about 60°F outside the pool may not reach the set temperature, so heat is not refundable once added.
