Where exactly is the house?
Inside the gated ChampionsGate Resort in Davenport, FL 33896, about 14 miles from Disney. For guests' privacy and security, Angela shares the exact street address once your booking is confirmed. Map and directions: <a href="/location">location page</a>.
What do you need from us before check-in?
A signed rental agreement and a valid driver's license. At least 24 hours before arrival, send the full names and ages of all guests and the license plates of all vehicles.
Why do you need guest names and license plates?
ChampionsGate is a gated community. Only guests and vehicles submitted in advance are let through the gate; anyone not on the list is turned away.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, $500, collected 2 days before arrival.
How many cars can we bring?
Up to 4 vehicles. More need prior HOA approval. Trailers, buses, Slingshots, campers and RVs are not allowed in the community.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock after 4:00 PM. The door code is sent 48 hours before arrival. Check-out is before 10:00 AM.

How far is SuperVilla from Disney World?
14 miles to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Animal Kingdom, and 13 miles to Hollywood Studios. Universal Studios is 20 miles, SeaWorld 18, Orlando International Airport 28.
How many people can stay?
Up to 18 guests total, including adults and children, across 8 bedrooms and 16 beds.
Is SuperVilla good for babies and toddlers?
Yes. There's a mini crib, pack and play, travel crib, crib sheets, baby monitors, a City Mini jogger stroller, high chair, baby bathtub, built-in stair gates and a pool safety fence.
Is the pool heated?
Heat is optional: $35 per day for pool and spa (85°F and 100°F, 9 AM to 9 PM), or $25 per night for spa only. The pool is open 24 hours.
Is resort access included?
Yes. Free access to the Retreat Club (3-minute walk) and Oasis Clubhouse (6-minute drive), both 10 AM to 8 PM, plus tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts.
How much does it cost per night?
Direct rates run from $280 to $1,109 a night depending on season, dates and length of stay. The booking form shows your exact total, including cleaning and taxes, before you send anything.
What is the cancellation policy?
On Airbnb: full refund if you cancel 30+ days before check-in, 50% back on nights if you cancel 7 to 30 days out, no refund inside 7 days. For direct bookings, Angela confirms the cancellation terms with your quote. Full details: <a href="/cancellation">cancellation & booking terms</a>.
Is there wifi and a place to work?
Fast wifi (592 Mbps) and two master suites with dedicated workspaces.
What is provided when we arrive?
Linens, towels and a starter kit: toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods, a sponge, coffee, creamer and sugar. Publix is about 5 minutes away.

Pool & spa heat
